Summer in the city

Chester is a beautiful lively city! So after some serious printing activity last week to meet a few orders, when I had a delivery to a new client in Chester on Saturday (more about that in a later post), I couldn't resist a bit of time out to stroll around the city.

My first stop was in Northgate Street, next to Janya, the elephant, where the Reading of the Banns for the Chester Mystery Plays was taking place (more of an event than the description implies - take a look at the website: https://chestermysteryplays.com/).

Then I took a break down by the River Dee to soak up the summery atmosphere.

Back to work today - I'm looking forward to some studio time this week.
