A few nights ago, as I was nodding off, I had a great idea for a painting, involving a donkey and an apple ... sounds, err, weird but hope to show the innocent but quirky painting here soon. That "falling asleep" time is where I do a lot of my arty thinking. Many ideas are forgotten, but some are used and even expanded (aaah, a donkey and a carrot (also not in a weird way)).
The donkey in Scotland featured recently has been a big hit so here's another portrayal of the happy lad!
I have neglected the other pages of this blog of late, so have just brought the "Dates in my diary" page bang up to date - suddenly feeling the pressure, better get back to the canvas and brushes!
