Yesterday evening was the Private Viewing of the
Grosvenor Art Society's Spring Art Exhibition,
in which I have three framed pieces, two watercolours in mounts and a
selection of greeting cards. The viewing was very well attended and
the exhibition was officially opened by Graham Lister, the Project
Director of Chester's new theatre, scheduled for completion in 2016.

The
exhibition consists of over 250 framed works and another 100 or so in
browsers, in a range of media and styles - with something there to suit
anyone's taste. Red dots appeared on three pieces at the viewing and I
was delighted to discover that one of those was on a drawing by me.

 The
 exhibition is at
Upton-by-Chester Golf Club (CH2 1EE), and is now open
to the public from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. until Monday 4 May. The artists are
taking turns stewarding and I'm on duty tomorrow (Sunday) from 4 p.m. See you there?????
