I've just been informed that I have been awarded
2nd prize by the judges in the
Oswestry Visitor & Exhibition Centre Art Competition for my painting "Beauty" (shown here to remind you and details of competition in my post of 2 August "Competition Time" below) - hurray! However, this doesn't mean that I don't need your votes: there is also a Viewer's Choice prize and in the past this has never gone to a painting selected by the judges, so please vote for my paintings and help me make history! (Note to self: calm down Louise - too many exclamation marks!)
