This week, watercolour was my chosen medium at life drawing in Shrewsbury, after warming up with a few 1-minute charcoal sketches. It's a tricky option as the poses are not long enough for the paint and paper to dry, so it's all about working quickly, reserving highlights and wet-in-wet application. Two examples of my work from yesterday are shown here.

However, today I went to the framer's to collect some watercolours which
I produced a few weeks ago at Funky Aardvaark in Chester, and which my
framer had put in mounts ready for the
Fair in the Square in Shrewsbury
on Saturday. I will also be putting them online in my
Artfinder shop.
