The chill factor

I've been on a little trip over the past few days: to Hamburg, a city I've  never visited before.

It was cold, I must admit, and I'm exhausted from so much exploring, largely on foot. But I enjoyed the beer, the food, the coffee, the Fischmarkt, the Elbphilharmonie, the cafes, restaurants and other places we visited, and the friendly people we met.

Of course, I had my sketchbook with me. I didn't do quite as much arting as I'd hoped, but the weather was against me: even with my warmest gear on, I couldn't sketch outside for long - it was just too too chilly.
