A different kind of painting has been going on in my studio this past week, all white like a good fresh canvas:

It's rather frustrating as it has meant clearing away my usual working arrangement and spending some back-breaking and arm-wearying time sanding, cleaning, rollering and brushing. I'm now crossing my fingers that the undercoat for the floor paint will dry so I can do the top coat(s) and soon move my stuff in - tidily!
Last Saturday, though, I did go to Chester, so got a bit of sketching done:
And yesterday evening, I relaxed by sketching Zuko in various biro colours:
